This page explains what Chubb Concrete collects through this website, and what we do with it.
What the estimate form collects
When you fill out the estimate form, we collect a handful of basics: your name, phone number, email, town, the kind of project you're asking about, and any notes you want to add. That's everything we need to reach you and understand the job. We also record your answer to the form's two optional text message boxes.
Each request also carries a few technical details: the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on when you visited the site, the site that sent you here (if any), and any campaign tags or ad click IDs that were in the link you followed.
How we use what you send us
Your request reaches Chubb Concrete two ways at once: by email and by text message, both sent through the form service that runs this website. We use what you send only to answer your request. We don't sell it.
Text messages and your mobile number
The estimate form has two boxes for text messages, and both start unchecked. The first lets us text you about your request: replies, scheduling and updates on the job. The second, separate from the first, lets us send marketing texts such as seasonal reminders, news about our services and review requests. You can send the form without checking either one.
Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Our terms for text messages cover the rest.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. The texting service that sends our messages handles your number only to deliver them.
What does this site store in my browser?
Your browser keeps a small record of how your visit started, like which ad or listing brought you here, for up to 90 days. That way, if you fill out the form later in the same visit, or come back within that window, the request gets credited to the right source.
The site also stores a note about which phone number to show you during your visit. Nothing else is stored by this site.
The tracking phone numbers
The phone number on this site's pages, other than the one in the footer, is different from our main one. It's a tracking number, and calls to it forward straight to our main line.
Calls to a tracking number are recorded and transcribed, and the phone service behind it logs the time and length of each call and the number that called. We use the recordings, transcripts and call details only to answer and follow up on your call, and we don't sell them.
Texts to a tracking number are kept by the same phone service, and we send the words of each text, with the number it came from, to our own email and phone so we can reply. We use them only to answer you, and we don't sell them.
Google Analytics on this site
This site uses Google Analytics to keep track of how many people visit and how many send in the estimate form, and it sets cookies on your browser to do that. You can read Google's privacy policy or use Google's opt-out tool if you'd rather it didn't track your visit.
