Using the Chubb Concrete website
This website belongs to Chubb Concrete, a concrete contractor based in Cedartown, Georgia. By using it, you agree to these terms. The pages here are general information about concrete work in Northwest Georgia and East Alabama, written to help you plan, and they aren't a quote or a contract for your property.
What the prices in our guides mean
Our cost guides give typical price ranges so you can plan a budget before you call. A range isn't a quote for your job. Your price comes from Chubb Concrete directly, once we know the site, the size and the finish you want.
The Chubb Concrete text message program
The estimate form has two optional boxes for text messages. Both start unchecked, and you can send the form without checking either one. Consent isn't a condition of getting an estimate or buying anything from us.
If you check the first box, we text you about your request: replies, scheduling and updates on the job. If you check the second, we may also send marketing texts, like seasonal reminders, news about our services and review requests.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How do I stop the texts or get help?
Reply STOP to any text from us, and we'll send one last message confirming you're unsubscribed. After that, you won't get texts from us unless you sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or call or text (762) 842-4822.
How we handle your mobile number
Our privacy policy explains what this site collects and how we use it. In short, we never sell your number, and we never share it or your text message consent for anyone else's marketing.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other sites, like a county permit office or Google's privacy tools, and since we don't run those sites, we can't answer for what's on them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows the last change, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
